What you can do here
Resize an image to 20 KB, 50 KB, or 100 KB. Use the pixels and KB resizer when the form specifies both dimensions and file size.
The signature tool can trim extra space and clean up a photographed signature. The image size checker tells you what a file contains, including its real format, dimensions, and size.
The current tools are free to use, and you don’t need an account.
A useful check, with honest limits
A file can have the right dimensions and still be unsuitable for a form. A face might be partly hidden, a signature might be hard to read, or the application might require a live photo.
That’s why SizePrep separates technical checks from things you must confirm yourself. It doesn’t submit applications or guarantee that a portal will accept a file. The latest instructions from the organisation receiving your application are the ones to follow.
