Something isn’t working?
A little context helps us understand a problem without asking you to repeat everything. Include:
- The tool or page you were using.
- What you wanted to do and what happened instead.
- Your device and browser, if you know them.
- The file format, approximate size, and any error message.
For example: “I’m using the 50 KB resizer on Chrome on Android. My JPG opens, but the download button doesn’t respond.” That tells us much more than “it doesn’t work.”
Spotted a requirement that has changed?
Please include the exam or application name, its year or cycle, and a link to the official notice or upload instructions. If possible, tell us which page or section contains the rule.
We check requirements against official sources. A coaching-site summary or an older notice may be useful context, but it is not enough to treat a rule as current.
Have an idea for a better tool?
Tell us about the task you’re trying to finish. An example of a confusing upload requirement or an extra step you keep repeating is especially useful. You don’t need to design the solution first.
Keep personal information out of your message
We don’t need your signature, identity documents, application password, or full application form to start investigating. If you share a screenshot, hide personal details first.
