Using SizePrep
These terms cover the tools and information on sizeprep.com. By using the website, you agree to use it under these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The current tools are free and work without an account. You may use them to prepare your own files or files you have permission to handle.
Your files are your responsibility
You keep ownership of your original files and the results you create. Selecting a file for a tool does not give SizePrep ownership of it. Processing happens in your browser, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Keep a copy of your original. Before submitting a result, open it and check that the photo or signature is clear, correctly cropped, and suitable for the form. Downloading a result does not submit it anywhere.
What a passing result means
“READY TO UPLOAD” means the file passed the requirements SizePrep checked, with no outstanding manual check in that result. It is not a promise that an application website will accept it.
“Technical checks passed” with “Manual check required” means there are details you still need to review. These can include the appearance of a photo, the legibility of a signature, or instructions the tool cannot verify.
You are responsible for choosing the correct requirements. A file checked against a 50 KB limit tells you nothing about a portal that actually requires 20 KB.
Official instructions come first
SizePrep is an independent tool. It is not an examination authority, government department, or application portal, and it does not act on their behalf.
Exam presets refer to the cycle, source, and verification date shown. Requirements can change. Read the latest official notice and the instructions on the upload screen before submitting your application. A generic size preset is not an official requirement for a particular exam.
Links to official notices and other websites are provided for reference. Those sites are responsible for their own content and services.
Use the tools responsibly
Don’t use SizePrep to create fraudulent documents, impersonate someone, or handle files you have no right to use. Don’t interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or deliberately overload it.
Resizing an image or cleaning up a signature does not make an otherwise invalid document acceptable.
Availability and limitations
We aim to make the tools useful and accurate, but software can fail. A browser may run out of memory, a file may not be supported, or a page may be unavailable. Don’t leave an important submission until the last minute or rely on SizePrep as your only copy of a file.
The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or acceptance by another website. To the extent allowed by applicable law, SizePrep is not responsible for losses caused by relying on a result, including a rejected application or a missed deadline.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and questions
Features and these terms may change as the website develops. Updated terms will be posted here with a new date. Changes apply to use of the website after they are posted.
